Rita Moreno arrives on the Red Carpet at the Eighth Annual
Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (LALIFF), held at the
historic Grauman's Egyptian Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard,
Hollywood, CA on July 24, 2004. Marisa was invited to attend this

Later in the evening, actress Rita Moreno will be awarded the "Gabi"
(Gabriel Figueroa) Lifetime Achievement Award. The Festival honors
an artist's career and contribution to cinema. The "Gabi" Award is the
heart and soul of the Festival and has been bestowed in the past to Raul Julia,
Anthony Quinn, Carlos Saura, Maria Felix,
Nelson Pereira dos Santos,
Federico Luppi and, of course, Gabriel Figueroa
Rita Moreno and Marisa before entering the Egyptian Theatre where a
tribute awaits this amazing actress. Afterward, great music, delicious

Family Festival (LBFF) at the LBFF in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr Olmos portrayed
Lt. Castillo on Miami Vice, and starred in the motion picture Stand
and Deliver.
He will also portray Commander Adama in the upcoming Battlestar Galactica,
and appears in numerous other screen and stage performances.
